Pay: $4,000 per month + up to $800 performance bonus
About the Role:
Building Landmarks Constructions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help advertise and list properties, handle company payments, coordinate with vendors and workers, and assist with other daily tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and manage property listings on rental platforms (Craigslist, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
• Communicate with potential renters and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Help coordinate and process payments for company equipment, materials, and staff
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Manage emails, scheduling, and other administrative support tasks
• Assist with additional daily responsibilities as requested
• Provide weekly updates and reports to management
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle financial and confidential information responsibly
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Prior experience in administration, real estate, or accounting is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
