STANDARD TRANSPORT is actively hiring Dispatchers to join our team (Remote)
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics field (Dry Van, Reefer). • Searching for profitable loads for the company and owner-operators. • Ability to calculate and analyze RPM (Rate Per Mile). • Ability to maintain a stable gross for both the company and truck owners. • Knowledge of US DOT and FMCSA regulations. • Strong negotiation skills with brokers. • Experience in freight consolidation — ability to select and combine multiple loads into one route.• Maintains full HOS compliance in daily work.Personal Qualities: • Responsibility for results • Effective time management skills • Stress resistance and persistence in negotiations • Desire to grow and maintain a high level of serviceConditions: • Salary: $3,000–$4,000/month (2%–4% of gross) • Full-time: 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM (Pacific Time) • Full workday, schedule may vary depending on workload
