Car Rental company looking for an office assistant!
Responsibilities:
- Filling documents
- Working with clients
- Marketing
- Assisting the manager with daily tasks
- Filling insurance claims
- Filling collections claims
- Checking out/in
- Making and tracking reservations
- Handling income phone calls, emails, social media messages
- Greeting customers
- Financial reports
Requirements:
- Bililngual, good English is a must
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms
- Experience in office administration, preferably in this field
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Warm personality with excellent written and verbal skills
- Detail oriented, proactive, dependable
- Long term employment
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is a MUST
