The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of multiple concurrent product and engineering initiatives. You'll manage delivery end-to-end, lead cross-functional teams, and keep execution tight as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery of multiple projects simultaneously — scope, timelines, resources, risks
• Lead and manage team members across engineering, QA, design, and product
• Run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives
• Track and report project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify risks early and drive resolution before they become blockers
• Manage backlogs, capacity planning, and dependencies across teams
• Partner with product owners to align priorities with business goals

What We're Looking For

• experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and direct team members concurrently
• Strong Jira and Confluence proficiency — you live in these tools
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe experience is a plus)
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
• Clear communicator — written, verbal, and across all levels of the org
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment

Nice to Have

• Technical background (development, QA, or architecture)
• Healthtech, SaaS, or logistics domain experience
• PMP or Scrum certifications
