Imperial Moving and Storage is hiring a Russian speaking full-time Recruiter to source, place the ideal staff for our open positions. Responsibilities · Pro-actively source and cultivate qualified candidates through various channels including our database, referrals, job boards, social media and more. · Achieve hiring results and surpass goals. · Human resources and administrative support in a team of 3-4 people · Work effectively with the second Recruiter to achieve recruiting goals. · Maintain records of documentation in a searchable electronic file and physical files (current and retired employees) · Maintain appropriate sense of urgency and complete all work assignments within agreed upon deadlines. Skills + Requirements · At least 1 year of proven experience preferably in moving industry or warehouse recruiting. · Strong ability in sourcing candidates, breaking the ice and developing quality relationships. · Motivated, trustworthy and persuasive · Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize human resources tasks. · Experience conducting in-person interviews. Compensation · Between $600 - $1000 Depends on the experience
