Looking for a Dispatch Manager!
LED Trucking is looking for a Dispatch Manager who would be a great fit for our company. Manager can dispatch sales, can cope with a high-paced environment, and keep a lot of tasks under control.
— Manager should be able to create a welcoming, friendly environment that is conducive to productivity and a positive attitude of the staff.
— Plan, organize or manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
— Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking transportation vehicles.
— Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies, or government regulations.
— Implement schedule or policy changes for transportation services.
— Interview, supervise, and train dispatch staff.
— Hold staff meetings to inform staff of company policies and changes.
— Communication with management and other departments as it pertains to creating a smooth workflow.
— Resolve customer concerns, maintain relationships with brokers, customers, drivers, etc.
— Research and establish new transportation networks to increase business demand.
— Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the transportation and/or dispatch industry, with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
— Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
— Fluent in Russian.
Salary + bonus: $35,000 — $75,000 annual.
Working hours: Monday through Friday — 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (Saturdays upon request).
