Location: Lake in The Hills, IL. Terms: Full-time. Working hours: 07:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (USA CT), Mon-Fri. Vista Trans Holding is offering on-site job opportunities for professional independent Reefer/Heavy Haul Dispatcher Vista Trans Holding Inc. is a leading asset-based carrier located in Lake in the Hills, IL. With a robust fleet of 400 power units, we specialize in a range of transportation services, including Full Truckload (FTL), Truckload (TL), Less than a Truckload, dry, temperature-control, hazmat, and over-dimensional freight. A dispatcher is responsible for: Coordinating and managing the pickup and delivery of ground-transported cargo; Negotiating the best rates with vendors, the most cost-effective delivery options with customers, and the most efficient routes with drivers, all while answering phones when drivers need assistance; Fulfill an administrative role by filing the appropriate paperwork, monitoring driver progress, Processing orders, and managing driver concerns. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the trucking industry as a dispatcher A certain understanding of current spot market trends Good knowledge and practical daily utilization of HOS Negotiation and logistics planning skills We offer: Up to 4% of gross generated by you Bonus motivation system based on your performance To apply to send your CV here!
