Job Opening: Intake Coordinator
Location: Aventura, at Aventura Mall, office (hybrid work format possible)

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Intake Coordinator who will be the first and main point of contact for our potential clients. Your task is to consult and inform clients at all stages of interaction, guide them through the contract signing process, collect necessary information and documents, conduct negotiations, and maintain communication with attorneys to ensure full case support. You will not just answer calls but actively accompany the client, helping them understand and complete all stages of interaction with our company.
Responsibilities
Receiving and processing incoming client calls and inquiries.
Collecting and verifying necessary information to evaluate cases.
Consulting clients.
Qualifying and filtering inquiries — deciding whether to refer the case to an attorney.
Organizing and coordinating meetings, including traveling to clients for contract signing.
Maintaining client and document databases in the CRM system.
Monitoring and supporting current clients at all stages.
Collaborating with attorneys and other departments to ensure quality client service.
Training new employees (for managers).
Reporting on KPIs and work quality.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience specifically in client intake and sales related to personal injury and car accident cases (Personal Injury and Car Accident) is mandatory.
Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Confident use of CRM systems and office software.
Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
High responsibility and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients (for managers).
Desire to develop professionally in the legal field.
Working Conditions
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hybrid format possible — office/remote).
Salary: $2,500/month (estimated total income with bonuses $3,000–$6,000/month).
Bonuses and commissions: on average $100–$300 per signed client.
