Weekday pay ranges from $24.50 to $36.25 per hour, while weekend pay ranges from $26.22 to $42.54 per hour, depending on your experience and schedule. The Online Staffing & Development Assistant is responsible for supporting remote recruitment and employee development by managing job postings, tracking applicants, and assisting with onboarding. Additional duties include coordinating virtual training sessions, maintaining learning management systems, monitoring staff performance, organizing digital files, scheduling meetings, and providing technical support for online HR tools.
