Hi! My name is Denis. I am a student film director moving to New York from Los Angeles. I am looking for a sublet starting around February 15. Ideally, it would be for 2.5 to 3 months, though my time in New York is flexible as I will be developing my own project there. I would prioritise a furnished studio or one-bedroom apartment. However, I am also happy to consider furnished options with roommates. I am primarily interested in Manhattan; Williamsburg or Bushwick would work as well. My monthly budget is $1,300–$1,800. About me: I direct and work as a production designer on films. I don’t have pets and don’t smoke. I value cleanliness and a calm living environment.
