We are a fast-growing US-based trucking company, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented After Hours Fleet Manager    to join our team. Assist   drivers in real time. This is a part-time, or full-time remote position with a flexible format and the opportunity to grow with the company.  YOUR ROLE- Provide Road Service and Weekends coverage for our Fleet Manager   - Stay available via phone and computer to assist drivers with emergencies or breakdowns   - Analyze and resolve truck-related issues (eg flat tires, mechanical failures, etc.)   - Locate and coordinate with truck stops, repair shops, or dealerships  YOUR STRENGTHS-Must have a strong mechanical understanding of truck systems and components, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.   -1+ year of experience in truck repair or fleet maintenance (  experience with reefer)   -  Strong understanding of truck and trailer components -Ability to find appropriate repair services quickly (truck stops, mobile mechanics, dealerships) - Fluent spoken English (C1 level or higher) - High responsibility and willingness to help drivers in critical moments NICE TO HAVEExperience working with repair shops or in truck service centers    WE OFFER-100% remote format — work from anywhere   -Competitive pay based on experience and performance Telegram @Kirill88878
