10+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with strong focus on compliance, risk assessment, and incident prevention.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple loads and drivers simultaneously.

Effective communication skills with drivers, brokers, and clients.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations (willing to learn quickly).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
