About the company:

Los Angeles-based company specializing in the installation of modern glass railing systems for residential and commercial clients. We deliver premium-quality work, and our company is growing steadily. We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who knows how to sell and enjoys doing it.

Your tasks:

• Convert leads into closed projects (homeowners, designers, contractors)

• Find and reach out to new clients and partners (e.g., designers, architects, builders)

• Present the offer and explain the value of working with us

• Build long-term relationships and maintain client contact

• Use CRM to track progress and manage the pipeline

• Help organize simple internal tasks (emailing, scheduling, data entry)

Requirements:

• You love selling and can close deals

• Experience in direct or consultative sales (1+ years)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Organized and proactive

• Able to work independently

• Familiar with CRM tools (any) and Google Sheets

Conditions:

Salary: $1,000–$3,000/month including sales commission

Direct communication with the business owner
