Car Rental company looking for an office assistant!

Responsibilities:

— Filling documents
— Working with clients
— Marketing
— Assisting the manager with daily tasks
— Filling insurance claims
— Filling collections claims
— Checking out/in
— Making and tracking reservations
— Handling income phone calls, emails, social media messages
— Greeting customers
— Financial reports

Requirements:

— Bililngual, good English is a must
— Knowledge of Social Media platforms
— Experience in office administration, preferably in this field
— Proficiency with MS Office
— Working knowledge of office equipment
— Warm personality with excellent written and verbal skills
— Detail oriented, proactive, dependable
— Long term employment
— Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is a MUST
