Job Description:
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, data storage, online store management and errands
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items and services are invoiced and paid on time
- Partner with HR and OM to maintain office policies and organize office procedures as necessary
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to OM
- Help organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors, phone and online store customers
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment and websites
- Etc
Requirements:
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, etc
Language: English; Russian is a must
