Job Description:

  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, data storage, online store management and errands
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items and services are invoiced and paid on time
  • Partner with HR and OM to maintain office policies and organize office procedures as necessary
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to OM
  • Help organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Provide general support to visitors, phone and online store customers
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment and websites
  • Etc


  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, etc

Language: English; Russian is a must
