We are hiring Behavioral Therapists to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. No certification required — we provide full training. Flexible schedule, evening hours preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with children using behavior therapy methods (ABA)

• Follow individual behavioral plans

• Help with data collection and parent support

• Travel between job sites in the Greater LA Area

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the floor

• Basic communication and time management skills

• Willingness to get RBT certification within 6 months

• Experience with autism or bilingual (Spanish/Russian) is a plus
