Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, data storage, online store management and errands Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items and services are invoiced and paid on time Partner with HR and OM to maintain office policies and organize office procedures as necessary Ensure accurate and timely reporting to OM Help organize and schedule meetings and appointments Provide general support to visitors, phone and online store customers Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment and websites Etc
